Status
No dashboard yet — but the health checks are public, and you can read them yourself.
We do not publish a monitored status dashboard or an incident history. Rather than show you a green light nobody is measuring, this page tells you exactly what to check and what it means.
On this page
01Check it yourself
These are live, public, and unauthenticated. A JSON body of {"status":"ok"} means up.
- https://cp.offloadcms.com/health — the control plane is running.
- https://cp.offloadcms.com/ready — it is running and its dependencies answer. This one can be red while /health is green; that is the point of having two.
- https://api.<your-domain>/health — your own instance's API, in your own Cloudflare account.
Your published site needs no health check: load it. It is static.
02What an outage on our side actually affects
This is the part most status pages leave you to guess at, and for offloadcms the answer is unusually good news.
What an outage on our side does stop: signing in to the dashboard, provisioning a new instance, connecting Cloudflare, changing a subscription, and triggering a republish through us. Your existing site, its domain, its forms and its scheduled publishes run in your account and are unaffected.
03Reporting an outage
Email hello@offloadcms.com with the time (and timezone), the URL you were on, and what the health endpoints above returned when you checked. That last detail routinely turns a day of back-and-forth into one reply.
04What is missing here
A real status page needs uptime monitoring feeding it, a public incident log, and a subscribe option. None of those exist yet. When they do, this page becomes them — and until then it will keep saying so rather than implying otherwise. See support for how to reach a human in the meantime.
Something looks wrong and the endpoints above say otherwise? Tell us: hello@offloadcms.com.
